14-DAY RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL, EXCEPTIONS TO THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL, LEGAL RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

EFFECTS OF WITHDRAWAL

We will reimburse you for all payments received from you, excluding shipping costs, no later than 14 days from receipt of your request. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you expressly agree to a different means. PRICE AND AVAILABILITY

SHIPPING DETAILS

Little Bolide undertakes to deliver the items ordered as soon as possible. Average delivery times are 2/3 days for France, 3/5 days for Europe, and on a case-by-case basis for international orders, upon receipt of payment. Exceeding these deadlines cannot result in cancellation of the order or compensation for the customer.

Little Bolide cannot be held responsible for the consequences of a delay in delivery by its carrier.

To track your delivery, we will provide you with a tracking number on the day the package is shipped, which you can enter on the carrier's website the next day. This site will inform you in real time of the position of your package in the delivery process:

The package is sent by Colissimo with an email notification of the tracking number. It is your responsibility to ensure its proper reception. If you do not receive it within 3 weeks of the shipping date, you must inform Little Bolide so that they can take the necessary steps with the carrier. After this date, no refund or new package can be requested from Little Bolide.

Orders are shipped once completed. In the case of orders with models specified on the site as "pre-orders" or "orders awaiting replenishment", your shipment will be made upon delivery of the last model awaiting receipt. If you wish to receive your available models separately, you must order these models "separately" from the models awaiting shipment.

For partial shipment of items available on an incomplete order, the items shipped or remaining to be shipped must meet the conditions for free shipping, i.e. represent an amount equal to or greater than €99. If this is not the case, shipping costs will be charged at the rate in effect on the site, even for orders initially eligible for free shipping.

RETURNS

Little Bolide undertakes to refund or exchange defective or non-compliant products.

PAYMENT METHODS
