FAQ - New Website

Customer accounts will not be automatically transferred to the new site.
You will need to create a new customer account.
You can use the same email address as on the old site; this is not a problem and is even recommended.

Don't worry, this can happen if our teams have already created your account to add your pre-orders. Simply request a password. Access to my account.

If you had loyalty points on your old customer account, once your new customer account has been created, you will need to request that we transfer your loyalty points from the old account to the new account.
Send this request by email with the following title “Loyalty points transfer” to [email protected]

If you have made one or more pre-orders on the old site, it will be necessary, once your new customer account has been created, to request that we transfer these to the new account.

Send this request by email with the following title “Pre-order transfer” to [email protected]

Invoices for your previously delivered orders will be available upon request for a period of 4 months (until 30/09/2024).

After this deadline, we will unfortunately no longer be able to ensure the availability of this information.

Send this request by email with the following subject line “Order History” to [email protected]

An email will then be sent to you with your invoices in .pdf format.
