3- The website confirms that an email has been sent to the address provided.

4- An email is sent to you to request your new password. 

5- Follow the instructions in the email received to reset your password.

- If you do not receive emails, consider whether they are not found in the "SPAM" or "Junk Mail" folder.

- If you use OUTLOOK and the mails do not find it in your box or in your spam or junk mail, check that they are not blocked upstream your ISP    by going directly to your mailbox via your ISP's website
